We have also updated the TCL core to use Overtech Technologies's own Overtech Technologies Bot Network TCL (OTBN.tcl). If you want only the TCL instead of the entire X-Bot, simply visit http://www.overtechtechnologies.com/otbn or visit Slennox's Eggdrop Archive located at http://www.egghelp.org No major problems exist in this release of X-Bot, only minor annoyances KNOWN PROBLEMS IN DETAIL ======================== - If you need to change the IP/host of a shell server, it must exist in a new shell profile. There are no plans to fix this in X-Bot 2003 in order to maintain the consistancy of the UI in different releases of X-Bot 2003. This mainly helps us provide accurate tech support. This issue has been resolved in the current alpha builds of X-Bot 2004 though. - Users have complained about the multitude of windows. This has been resolved by using a MDI interface in the alpha builds of X-Bot 2004. We will not be porting this feature to X-Bot 2003 mainly due to the amount of re-coding required. Changelogs: =========== X-Bot 2003 SP-1: ---------------- - Access command fixed - Identify command fixed - Better security on user files (matches mask/host rather than merely the nickname) - Eggdrop DCC Capabilities now supported - Moved from the so-called "X-Bot.tcl" to a customized version of OTBN.tcl 2.3 by Overtech Technologies as a base for X-Bot - Code Review done on so-called "X-Bot.tcl" to ensure security, reliability and consistancy.
